The seaside house maisonette called 𝔾lyma Beach Apartment, is located in the wonderful village of Kerame, in the Municipality of Agios Vassilios, where you are located in the southern part of the prefecture of Rethymno in Crete, consists of:
- Four (4) complete bedrooms for nine (9) people
- One (1) bathroom
- One (1) complete kitchen and internal staircase
Here you can hear the sound of the waves, enjoy the rich sunset or watch the surf on rare days.
The most beautiful high light, the real luxury of this house, is located right in front of your large terrace where it has a wonderful view of the pristine, fantastic and beautiful beach with its clear blue waters. Also in the back large yard overlooking the mountain and a small river.
Το παραθαλάσσιο σπίτι μεζονέτα με τήν ονομασία 𝔾lyma Beach Apartment, βρίσκεται στο θαυμάσιο χωριό Κεραμέ, τού Δήμου Αγίου Βασιλείου, όπου τοποθετείτε στο νότιο μέρος του νομού Ρεθύμνου στην Κρήτη, αποτελείτε από:
- Tέσσερα (4) πλήρες υπνοδωμάτια για ενιά (9) άτομα
- Ένα (1) μπάνιο
- Μία (1) πλήρες κουζίνα καί εσωτερική σκάλα
Εδώ μπορείτε να ακούσετε το χτύπημα των κυμάτων, να απολαύσετε το πλούσιο ηλιοβασίλεμα ή να δείτε το σερφ σε σπάνιες μέρες.
Το πιο όμορφο υψηλό φως, η πραγματική πολυτέλεια αυτού του σπιτιού, βρίσκεται ακριβώς μπροστά από τη μεγάλη βεράντα σας όπου έχει θαυμάσια θέα την παρθένα, φανταστική καί όμορφη παραλία με τα καταγάλανα νερά της. Επίσης στην πίσω μεγάλη αυλή έχει θέα σε βουνό και μικρό ποτάμι.

The two-storey house, with air conditioning on each floor, has a total of six (6) beds:
- One (1) double bed and two (2) semi-double beds are located downstairs
- Two (2) double beds, one (1) single bed, and one (1) single sofa that becomes a bed, are located upstairs
The upstairs bedroom has a wooden floor and a somewhat limited standing height (about 1.90 meters), with an outdoor terrace with a mosquito net and with a wonderful view of the beautiful beach, for to enjoy your coffee, at the most affordable prices.
It has wonderful beaches to walk around where:
- To the right of the House are the beaches of Podare and Agia Fotini.
- To the left of the House are the beaches of Pachia Ammos, Katsouni and Ligres
Το διώροφο σπίτι, με κλιματισμό σε κάθε όροφο, έχει συνολικά έξη (6) κρεβάτια:
- Ένα (1) διπλό κρεβάτι και δύο (2) ημίδιπλα κρεβάτια βρίσκονται στον κάτω όροφο
- Δύο (2) διπλά κρεβάτια, ένα (1) μονό κρεβάτι, και ένας (1) μονός καναπές πού γίνεται κρεβάτι, βρίσκονται στον επάνω όροφο
Η κρεβατοκάμαρα στον επάνω όροφο έχει ξύλινο πάτωμα και κάπως περιορισμένο ύψος στάσης (περίπου 1,90 μέτρα), με εξωτερική βεράντα με σίτα για τα κουνούπια και με την υπέροχη θέα της όμορφης παραλίας, για να απολαμβάνετε τον καφέ σας, στις πιο προσιτές τιμές.
Έχει θαυμάσιες παραλίες να ξεναγήσετε με τα πόδια όπου:
- Δεξιά απο τη Σπίτι βρίσκονται οι παραλίες Ποδαρέ και η Αγία Φωτεινή.
- Αριστερά από το Σπίτι βρίσκονται οι παραλίες Παχιά Αμμος, Κατσούνη και οι Λίγκρες
